The service was great and I was happy to have found an accurate match as I could't find any locally. My only complaint was that 2 of the screws were missing from the bag. I didn't call or email as my husband used screws we had, however, it was annoying that they were missing.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
