The knobs are cute but I feel like the maple finish looks "slapped" on and messy. It is kind of pooled around the edges and just looks like I have not cleaned my bathroom knobs in a while. The screwss are to short to go through the drawers on my vanity so I had to purchase additonal screws. I am a little disappointed since I waited years to find knobs I thought I would like for that bathroom and now they are just okay. If i had gotten a different finish I think I would have been happier, definately do not get the glaze.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

great turtles

Love them. We did sea turtles in the tile of our shower and these are a great accent.
