I placed an order for cabinet pulls in October, got a will ship date for November, two more will ship dates in December, and finally, in January recieved my order. That's way to long.

Also, when I placed my order in October my credit card was charged. I don't want to be charged for an order until that order ships.

After searching numerous hardware stores for 4-inch pulls, and finding only metric ones which were too small, I found these online and jumped on them. They were at a sale price too! A great buy.

I was so glad to be able to find matching hardwear so I didn't have to replace the entire kitchen. Prices were a few cents less than
Menards, but they didn't have the back plates. Order everything together and had enough to even get free shipping.
