The bar came in 2 pieces, and the finish is not the same on each piece. The finish on one piece is very dark while the finish on the second piece is lighter and has more of a brushed look. Either finish would look good if it were consistent on both pieces.

This was my first time purchasing from the Allied Hardware Group, and I am pleasantly surprised. It was relatively easy to order and once I received my product the plumber had no problems installing it and all the parts were there.

This product was for my own home; however, I am an interior decorator and plan to use Allied in my search for decor for my clients.

The product arrived in a timely manner; it was exactly what the picture in the website showed. Installation instructions were not included in the packaging, a special bit was needed to install on tile but other than that it was fairly simple to install.
The finish is very nice and the color is perfect for the Oil Rubbed Bronze fixtures in our bathrooms.

As a first time internet customer, I had my reservations about purchasing merchandise via the world wide net. Your company eased all of my fears. The towel bar I purchased is beautiful and of high quality. The delivery only took a couple of days. Be very careful how you install this. Also, if you have a non-standard width for installation, you will have to trim the
bar piece. Do this from the END, not the MIDDLE. You must also allow for the end piece, so best advice is to measure very carefully before doing any cuts. A jigsaw with a fine metal blade works well, but you need to take care not to scratch the surface - secure it by hand in a wet towel that won't slip and
have your helper lean on it while you cut it. My only disappointment is that this is a two piece rod with a joiner piece that one half slides on to. I would have preferred a single rod for better strength. The finish is so far holding up very well, but you may want to consider hotel-type shower curtain rings.

The faucet is just beautiful and my husband installed it on a smaller sink and it fit perfect. I love the fact that the faucet moves back and forth. UPS delivered it on time. Customer service was very helpful. We ordered it in bright brass. LOVE IT.

I purchased the matte, or flat black finish. A few had very small chips in the finish. I honestly don't know if they were there prior to me receiving or if I had made the chips myself. Regardless, it should be something to be aware of if you intend to purchase. I have only had these a short while, so I can't comment on their durability. They do feel nice and of good quality. I could not use the supplied screws, they were way too long. This of course will vary for everyone, but seeing that these pulls have about a 1/4" recess that fits nicely into furniture for extra stability, you would think they might make the screws that much shorter. Even using extra washers to cover the added length would not work for me - they were just way too long.

Could have used more detailed instructions. The plastic wall anchors did not work they started to turn leaving the screw sticking out. We got better ones and it is fine now.

When I received the faucets, one had a bad gasket and I had to request another. This was quickly shipped. But within a year one of the handles has broken off at the screw fitting. I can't find a replacement locally and will probable have to buy a whole new faucet.

I finally decorated my bedroom, but there was something missing. I decided that we needed new furniture. After considering the prices of new furniture and realizing my parents did not get new bedroom furniture until they had been married 25 years, I decided to change the knobs - all 38 of them - on our existing furniture. I went to Lowes and chose from what they had - ick! I found this website and found the knob in the Oil Rubbed Bronze. It totally transformed our bedroom into the PB look I was aiming for, for a fraction of the price! I'll be back!

The pulls are fabulous and I love them, however, the installation was frustrating for a novice like me. The pull itself requires a larger drill hole than the screw for the back. The depth of my cabinet fronts the screws fit perfectly, unlike another review. My shallow drawers would not allow me to place the pull center because the drill holes went into the base panel of the drawer, but after adjusting up 1/2" it was fine. Of course, I didn't figure this out until I had drilled a hole where I shouldn't have.:) So, my frustration was not with the pulls, they are great, but rather, having never attached pulls before it was a mite more complicated than I had expected.

Installation is a little difficult, required 2 drillings. One for the mounting screw, and another larger hole for the counter sinking to accommodate recessed threads / not a flush mount. Quality is very good.

We are remodeling a kitchen from afar and have been round and round the internet looking for drawer pulls that we both liked. We were going to settle for a distressed looking pull similar to this, which I really didn't like and I found these on your website. We both love them and can't wait to see them on the drawers. Just what I wanted: sturdy, strong, simply designed & handsome. Nice finish. Perfect in redone bathroom and a good value. Only caveat is that your installation measurements have to be EXACT because of the way bar fits into wall hangers. Measure twice!

So far so good! I am waiting for a friend to come install it so I cannot give a full review. However, I like the way it looks. I have a sink faucet set that has the long handles in white with a chrome base identical to this toilet paper holder. It is going to fit and look nice. I have been without one for about 8 months since the old one which was a piece of cheap junk - fell off the wall and broke! Needless to say, I like this one better!

I am a 60yr female who not only ordered the Dynasty Heritage Deadbolt, but several matching door levers to change all of my door hardware throughout my home. True enough the installations were replacements for existing hardware, but everything matched up perfectly and I had changed all the hardware for 10 doors within 2 hrs. I loved the look that the knobs gave my maple cabinets. I was looking for simply and elegant and I got it. By accident I was sent one similar knob out of the 19 that I ordered that looked like this knob except that it had a few tiny stars around the diameter of the ring. I loved it too much to send back so I placed this knob on a corner cabinet. Knobs and Hardware has quality items for the price.
